AGE
REQUIREMENTS
All campers must have reached their 9th. birthday
and/or completed third grade. No Campers will be accepted
who have graduated from high school.
MEDICATIONS
All camper medication is registered on Sunday at camp check-in.
The camp staff assists campers with their daily medication
schedule. Parents must sign in all medications at registration.
EVENING ACTIVITIES
Every evening from 7:30 to 9:00 pm we play softball,
kickball, nukem, tour the campuses and participate in many
other activities - all of which are supervised by the coaches.
CAMP
SECURITY & SAFETY
Mount Holyoke maintains a well-trained and professional
internal safety office. They are informed of our 24-hour schedule
and advised that no campers are permitted off campus, nor
are campers permitted visitors without the Camp Director's
approval. We look after each camper as though they are our
own.
HOUSING
Housing is in a MHC dormitory. Bring a friend and know your roommate before
you arrive at camp. Use the application for your camp reservation
and make a copy for a roommate! We assign young campers to
the multiple bed rooms.
CAMP DISCIPLINE
Camp is always a lot of fun and hard work. Camp rules are
clearly defined in the first camp meeting. There will be no
drugs, smoking, or alcohol permitted in camp. Any infraction
of camp rules will result in immediate expulsion from camp
with none of the fee being refunded.

CAMP BANK & STORE
See the latest T-shirt design, tank tops, shorts, baseball
caps, bathing caps, water bottles, and long sleeve T's. Plus! Stretch
cords, snow cones, and all sorts of other camp souvenirs.
We recommend that campers have their spending money in the
camp bank for safety and easy withdrawal. The camp bank and
store are open three times everyday.
CASH - We will pay
you Cash!
Every year, United States Sports Camps gives away thousands
of dollars to campers who refer swimmers, new to USSC. These
can be friends, teammates or from brochures you hand out or
place at swim meets. Each referral nets you $20.00 in the
camp bank. Five (5) referrals earns you a FREE camp. Contact

Application Information
A non-refundable deposit
of $200.00 on all accepted applications is required. The full
fee includes all instruction by coaches and college athletes,
room and board, recreational activities, and twenty-four (24)
hour supervision by resident coaches. USSC reserves the right
to accept or reject any application.
There is no deadline
for applying; however, camps do fill. Enrollment is limited
to provide our campers with an efficient coach:swimmer ratio,
so please register early.
A letter confirming
your registration, a physical form, and other information
will be forwarded upon receipt of your deposit. The original
Physical form must be returned to USSC prior to or at camp
registration.

Registration
will be from 12:00 noon to 1:45 pm at the housing
complex on the Sunday commencing each week of camp.
Follow the swim camps signs to the registration area to check
in. Campers must report at registration to be assigned
a room, roommate and to report any illnesses, allergies, special
medication, etc.
Campers and their parents are expected to be in attendance
at the 2:00 pm meeting, with campers dressed to participate. All camp
phone numbers, the week's agenda, coaches, counselors, etc.
will be available at this meeting.
Camp is over Friday at 12:00 noon. Parents can report at 9:00
am and enjoy a three (3) hour review of our week at camp.
REFUND POLICY
U.S. Sports Camps offers the top swim camps in the United
States, and as a result, our sessions do fill. No waiting
lists are kept so as not to create any false hopes with young
swimmers. Please read and understand the following policies
as they are strictly enforced.

All deposits of accepted
applications are non-refundable. All cancellations before June 1,
2008 where applications have been rejected to full sessions are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend a reserved camp spot, you may sell your
spot to another camper and notify U.S.S.C. by phone, mail or
email.
If payment is not received in the U.S.S.C. office by June
15, 2008, payment at camp in cash or money order is mandatory.
$25.00 bad check fee.
Swim Camp Commuter Program
Commuters receive all camp instruction and one meal per day
Sunday thru Thursday. Arrival at camp is approximately 8:15 am
and departure is approximately 6:15 pm.
